• Spiritual & Astrological Data: Devotee name, Gotra, Nakshatra, Rashi, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, and family member details needed for the ritual Sankalp.
• Contact Credentials: Mobile phone number (used for WhatsApp sankalp video links and SMS tracking) and Email address.
• Delivery Address: Complete postal address with PIN code for shipping consecrated prasad and holy merchandise.
• Payment Information: Transaction identifiers generated by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay/PayU/Stripe). We never store debit/credit card numbers or CVVs.

Your details are used strictly for devotional and fulfilment purposes:

• Recitation of your Name and Gotra by temple priests during the auspicious Sankalp.
• Sending ritual completion confirmation, deity darshan photos, and video recordings.
• Dispatching blessed prasad boxes directly to your provided residence.
• Responding to inquiries or customer support tickets submitted via our website.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or spiritual data to third parties.

Information is shared only with verified operational partners solely to execute your seva:

• Authorized temple priests for the sole purpose of invoking your Sankalp.
• Certified logistics couriers (e.g. Bluedart/Delhivery/India Post) solely to deliver your consecrated prasad.
• Legal authorities only when compelled by valid legal subpoenas or court orders.

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures, including 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, encrypted databases at rest, and strict role-based access controls.

Our internal team members and pandits are bound by non-disclosure agreements regarding all devotee personal information.

By booking a puja, you grant permission to receive transaction confirmations, puja reminders, darshan photographs, and personal Sankalp video clips on your registered WhatsApp number.

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or by updating your account preferences.

Under Indian data protection laws, you retain full ownership of your personal data. You have the right to:
