Welcome to Sidhha Puja (“we”, “our”, or “platform”), operated from Gurugram, Haryana. By accessing our website, mobile interface, or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Sidhha Puja acts as a sacred bridge enabling devotees worldwide to arrange Vedic pujas, offer chadhava to revered shrines, consult learned astrologers, and receive sanctified prasad at their doorstep.

Sankalp Accuracy: Devotees are requested to provide accurate names, Gotra, Nakshatra, and family details during booking. In case Gotra is unconfirmed, the ritual will be conducted in Kashyap Gotra as sanctioned by Vedic tradition.

Pandit ji & Temple Decorum: All rituals are conducted in accordance with authentic Vedic Agamas and Shastras by verified, experienced priests. Timings may be adjusted slightly to align with auspicious Muhurats, Rahu Kaal, or temple sanctum schedules.

Video & Darshan Updates: Video recordings of your personal Sankalp and deity darshan are provided digitally via WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of puja completion.

All prices, seva charges, and dakshina amounts are displayed in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be settled in full prior to the ritual date. We utilize 256-bit bank-grade encrypted gateways supporting UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Sidhha Puja does not store any raw payment card details on its servers.

Prasad is sacred and prepared in hygienic, sealed containers to prevent transit contamination. Deliveries within India generally arrive in 4–8 business days post-ritual.

Devotees are requested to provide a valid postal address with PIN code and working mobile number for courier tracking. If an order arrives damaged or unsealed, please notify us immediately at info@siddhapuja.com.

All materials on Sidhha Puja, including artwork, graphics, audio, ritual descriptions, and software code, are the intellectual property of Sidhha Puja.

Sankalp video clips and photographs provided to devotees are solely for personal and family devotional use and must not be used for commercial reproduction without written consent.

Rituals, pujas, astrological forecasts, and spiritual items are conducted and offered in deep faith and adherence to Sanatan Vedic traditions.

Spiritual and karmic outcomes remain subject to personal faith, karmic destiny, and divine grace. Sidhha Puja and its associated pandits make no warranties of specific medical, financial, or material results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sidhha Puja's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a booking or service shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the devotee for the specific service in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bharat (India). Any legal disputes or actions arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
